Too often people complain when things don’t go in accordance with their expectations – but we suppose it’s pretty rare to express thanks and gratitude when expectations are not only met – but very much exceeded.

 

We moved into our new home in Holmdel in July and were very intent on making it our own, with our own unique and special touch – which meant replacing carpet with wood products wherever possible. We started with our master bedroom and a sun room and chose pre-finished flooring and engineered flooring, respectively.

 

Then we had a real challenge – a 32’ x 32’ rec room and a 15’ x 17’ exercise room. We wanted a good quality laminate and did our research. The answer was Armstrong. We researched authorized and certified Armstrong dealers in Monmouth County and found several. After visiting most of them, we came back to Vaccaro Brothers. It was an instinct thing. We felt comfortable with the way you did business right from the get-go in the showroom. You were willing to be flexible and even let us take as many samples home with us to make sure we were making the right decision. And no pressure.

 

After we made our decision, you set up installation based on our needs, not yours and when it came time for the install – we had high expectations. Did you and your crew meet our high expectations? No. You exceeded them. The crew was polite, professional, highly skilled, and extremely accommodating, just as you said they would be. They were more like family than hired hands.

 

It’s very rare for us to write letters of commendation to businesses – after all, I owned my own business and bent over backwards for my customers to be fair, honest and to stand by my word. You are in my league – actually, another way to put it is that I am in your league – I’ve met my match.

 

Thanks for a job (more than) well done. You can be assured that I will continue to use and recommend Vaccaro Brothers to everyone who has a flooring need. And based on the finished product, you can be assured that many people will admire your product, price and workmanship.
